Service Description

This class is short and effective. You will be guided through a variety of breathing techniques and Yoga Pranayama to help sooth and settle your nervous system. As with all of our classes, this class is fully adaptable to your practice space. We set aside a 10 minute buffer before the class to allow for all students to join before the start time and work out their setup, angles, handle any technical difficulties before class and provide feedback after class. We ask that all students be logged on no later than 5 minutes prior to the start of class so that there are minimal disruptions. Classes begin at the exact start time scheduled. During the class, you will be asked to mute your microphone. Students are welcome to unmute to ask for clarification. Students may choose to turn their cameras off for the duration of the lesson.
