ASALAB: ANY SIZE, ANY LEVEL, ANY BODY! Guided Meditations Offered: • Guided Loving Kindness Meditation - Connect to yourself and send love and kindness to yourself and to others. • Guided Energy Centering Meditation - Connect to yourself and your emotions and center your energy along your energy channel (throat, heart, solar plexus, and behind naval). • Guided Body Scan Meditation - Connect with yourself and scan each part of your body to examine how each part feels in the present moment. • Guided Mindful Breathing Meditation - Connect to yourself and your breath. Control your breath in different patterns to notice how you breathe naturally. • Guided Rapid Relaxation Meditation - Connect with yourself and use your breath work to allow the body to relax in a rapid fashion. • Guided Gratitude Meditation – Connect with yourself and find gratitude for everything you have in life. We set aside a 10 minute buffer before the class to allow for all students to join before the start time and work out their setup, angles, handle any technical difficulties before class and provide feedback after class. We ask that all students be logged on no later than 5 minutes prior to the start of class so that there are minimal disruptions. Classes begin at the exact start time scheduled. During the class, you will be asked to mute your microphone. Students are welcome to unmute to ask for clarification on posture. Students may choose to turn their cameras off for the duration of the lesson.
