How It Works
Goat Yoga takes place at Tanglewood Farm & Equestrian Centre in Consecon, Ontario. Your experience begins with a walk around the farm, where you can meet the farm cats, kittens, horses and ponies before getting settled in with the goats. You’ll then enjoy a 40-minute stretch-based yoga class suitable for all experience levels, including beginners. During the class, the goats are free to wander around, cuddle, nuzzle your mat, and interact with you. After yoga, you’ll have time to relax, cuddle with the goats, and take photos.
What You Need
You don’t need to bring a yoga mat because mats are provided. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily and is suitable for spending time around the animals. Bringing water is also a good idea, and you’ll definitely want your phone or camera ready to capture some fun memories with the goats.
What You Need to Know
Goat Yoga is located at Tanglewood Farm & Equestrian Centre at 31 Zufelt Road in Consecon, Ontario. Participants must be at least 6 years old, and everyone attending a public class must pre-register. Public classes are $63 per person, while private classes are $75 per person with a minimum of four participants. For a private class, a $10 per-person non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of booking, with the remaining balance due seven days before the class. Corporate pricing is also available for groups of more than 20 people.
