My Favourite Yoga With Mikenze Reviews Pt 2

Some of my favourite moments over the past few years has been reading the reviews that I receive from my students. Some have made me laugh, some have made me cry (from happiness), and some have made me feel completely accomplished with my life. These are some of my favourite reviews from my Meditation students over the past few years.

"Mikenze is amazing! To be honest, I am definitely a Yoga person, but not into meditation. Being a Fitness Instructor, I always want to move and have a lot of pent-up energy inside my body. Mikenze suggested I try her meditation class regardless. And I have to say - I found it challenging as a practice, but afterwards I noted that my mind has never felt so clear in my life. "I have been doing meditation with Mikenze since May 2020. I would recommend it. Mikenze has a very calming voice and the meditations are so calming and relaxing, especially after a day at work.
