How It Works:

Each month will have a featured song. This does not mean that the entire class is one song, just that the final Flow is to the same song. Throughout the class I will use a playlist with a similar theme/vibe as the main Flow song and we will learn each section of the main song until we build to the final Flow. This means that each week in the month, we will do the same class, which will allow you ample time to learn the flow and master it. And then we will move on to the next for the next month.

Because each main Flow song is different in length and structure, this means that not every class will take the full 1h 15m. Some classes will be shorter. But I will allow for that amount of time in case there are questions or clarifications needed.

Inside Flow is different when it comes to filming. We LOVE filming ourselves! This will be happening in every class, and you are encouraged to film and post about your experience. If you prefer to not be on camera, you can move to a corner of the room, but we cannot guarantee you wont be in a video.

This is not a beginner class, but that shouldn't deter you. Yoga or Dance experience is awesome, but you can absolutely join us if you don't have either. While you don't need to be professional, if you have zero experience, you might just need a few classes to adjust and pick up the moves
