Kitten Yoga With Mikenze

Gentle Hatha Yoga Stretch
This is a 40 minute stretch-based Yoga class with time before and after to play and snuggle with the kittens. Total experience is 1 hour.
Participants 12+ are Welcome.
Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by a participating adult.
Participants may be filmed for marketing purposes

I will also be taking donations for Animal Rescue Krew - ARK . They are a non-profit cat rescue that was started in 1999. They have cats available for adoption in Peterborough, Whitby, Oshawa, Markham and Quinte West. They have provided me with a list of things they often cycle through, but they are open to any donation.
