Puppy Yoga With Mikenze

Sweary Yoga With Mikenze

A 1h stretch-based Yoga class that includes flipping the bird, lots of curse words, chants with a twist, breathing techniques with a twist and ecstatic dance. Playlist is customizable to your groups' music taste. This class is designed by me to allow for stress relief and lots of fun.
Inside Flow With Mikenze

Class duration varies from 1h to 1h15m. Inside Flow is Yoga crossed with Dance set to modern music.
Tarot With Mikenze

Each participant receives an extended mini tarot reading (approx 15 minutes), with complimentary Oracle cards included.

Deposits are deducted from the total and are due within 24h of your booking. Final payments are due 7 days prior to booking.

You MUST be clear that puppies are welcome INSIDE your airbnb/rental prior to confirming your class (in case of rain)

If you do not have space at your rental, I can rent space for an additional cost
