Mikenze's Story
I found Yoga in August 2018 and it completely changed the way I move through my life. What started as a personal practice quickly became something that brought me more calm, focus, energy, and a deep sense of balance. After training twice in Bali with YogaUnion alongside teachers from India and Greece, and continuing my education through my own daily practice, I now share the same practice that changed my life with others, creating fun, healing experiences rooted in presence, joy, and connection.
