Some have made me laugh, some have made me cry (from happiness), and some have made me feel completely accomplished with my life. "Mikenze and I were students together in a Musical Theatre program. Life happens and we lost touch after school but I have been following her Yoga journey on social media in the last two years. I've always been interested in Yoga but never knew where to start and was often too intimidated to seek out studios and in-person classes. "I did several virtual Yoga sessions with Mikenze as well as joined a Saturday morning Goat Yoga class, both of which I enjoyed very much! I have known Mikenze for a long time and when I started watching her journey of becoming a Yoga instructor, I was absolutely amazed! I thought “Yep! this is her calling! This is what she is meant to do and she has truly changed her life!” Now she is helping others benefit from Yoga which I think is truly remarkable. I absolutely loved the virtual Yoga classes! I did gentle stretch and gratitude meditation as well as a more intense Yoga flow class, all of which I enjoyed. She has such a natural flow and rhythm to her voice that just hits you and relaxes you so deeply. She truly takes you to a calmer and more relaxing place. She teaches you to stretch just the way your body needs and never pushes you to do anything uncomfortable. She is always encouraging and motivating you to get to where you want to be.
