I am very grateful to have found Jennifer at Tanglewood Farm. This is where Goat Yoga With Mikenze will call home for many years to come.

Drive the scenic route to a beautiful, secluded farm, nestled in the sprawling fields near Lake Consecon.

Christof (pictured below) will be sure to greet you, and you are free to say hello to the ponies while we wait for our Yogis to arrive. This is also a great time to use the washroom and purchase your water (or bring your own).

Once situated, we will make our way through the farm, greeting the rest of the pony herd, and landing in the Goat Yoga Zone.

Enjoy 45 minutes of relaxation, rejuvenation, and baby goats with a Gentle Yoga With Mikenze Class.

You can pet and snuggle our goats at any point during the class, and we allow for some more play time after!
