My Inside Flow Journey
I have always wanted to find a way to blend dance and Yoga together, but I had no idea that I would stumble upon a practice that has mastered this during my 300h Yoga Teacher Training with YogaUnion in Bali. The last class we all had together was Inside Flow. And what an introduction! The main flow song was "My Turn" by John Lundvik. I could feel it coming while we were practicing, but after the third and final run through of the flow, I broke. The tears flooded my eyes and streamed down my face. I just could NOT hold it in. I related to the song so strongly in that moment, feeling like it was finally my turn to elevate, finally my turn to be seen for who I am, finally my turn to be loved. I knew in that moment that I wanted more, and I wanted to bring the practice home.
So What is Inside Flow?
Inside Flow is Yoga in motion. It is a seamless blend of breath, movement, and modern music where the entire class builds toward one final flow choreographed to a song. Every inhale lifts you, every exhale grounds you, and by the time the music swells, your body already knows the story it is about to tell.
This isn’t a performance. It is a feeling. It is Yoga that meets you in your heart, not just in your body.
How My Classes Work
Each month we choose one featured song. That song becomes our anchor for the entire month. During each class, we learn the sections of the flow until everything comes together into one complete, musical Yoga experience.
This means that each week you will repeat the same class. And that repetition is where the magic happens. You don’t feel rushed. You don’t feel behind. You get to settle into the movement, grow confidence, and notice how your body changes when it truly has time to learn.
Some weeks the class may be shorter depending on the song, but the space is always held for questions, connection, and exploration.

Why it Feels so Different
Inside Flow is not about getting it perfect. It is about letting go.
There are moments when your breath syncs with the beat so naturally that you forget about the room around you. There are moments when the music carries something you didn’t know you needed to release. Sometimes that release is joy. Sometimes it is tears. Sometimes it is laughter in the middle of a pose you never thought you could love.
That is the medicine of Inside Flow.
Filming, Expressions & Showing Up as You Are
One of the most beautiful parts of Inside Flow is that we encourage filming. Not for perfection. For celebration. For witnessing yourself grow. For capturing moments you once thought you were not capable of.
You are always welcome to step to the side if you do not want to be on camera, but this space is about expression, not hiding. It is about learning to see yourself with softness instead of criticism.
Who this Class is For
Inside Flow is not a beginner Yoga class. It is best suited for people with some Yoga or dance experience, but you do not need to be advanced. You simply need to be willing to learn, to repeat, to be patient with yourself. If you have zero experience, you can still join, but note that it will likely take a few classes to catch on, and that is always ok.
This is a class for people who love music, crave connection, and want their movement to mean something.
Come Flow With Me
If you have ever wanted to feel Yoga in your bones instead of just your muscles, Inside Flow might be waiting for you too.
I teach Inside Flow every Tuesday evening in Picton. Each month brings a new song and story, and each week brings a new opportunity to meet yourself exactly where you are.
You don’t have to dance perfectly. You just have to show up and let the music do the rest.
